While anyone can order plates, ONLY licensed residents of the State of Illinois will be able to display their plates on their vehicle. If you are a resident of IL, plates will be mailed to you 60 days before the event. You will receive a download notice after your payment is processed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a couple minutes. Please fill-out the pdf form and email it to

Non residents of the State of Illinios, you are welcome to order them as a commemorative item. Your plate will be mailed to you AFTER the event. You do NOT need to submit your license and registration.
